Throughout my journals, a “you” is mentioned. The identity of the you will be revealed in time; however, I use “you” as a lyric poet uses “you.” “You” is my subject, to whom I write all my poems, to whom my deepest thoughts turn. “You” should be read as a character, some times real and some times fictional. “You” is my muse.
